Chuffin' flip, this was difficult. I probably should've waited until a bit later in the game when I had some better armour; a single arrow or touch from one of the pig guys would wipe out nearly three of my four life hearts, meaning death in two hits from those guys. Plus, they can shoot arrows at you through the scenery. Dicks!

When I finally got to the section at the end, i couldn't remember how to get to the secret room without accidentally smashing the blocks you need to stand on, I had to pause the game and have a quick tactical check online - you need to equip the Magical Saber! Fortunately, I'd just obtained it slightly earlier in the day, hurrah!

I'm not sure what the purpose of the stones is in the remake, I seem to recall in the old game you needed them in order to get the shopkeepers to sell you certain items that would otherwise just show up as question marks in the shops. I think maybe it's just for achievement bragging rights?

Had a quick try at get the Mouse Man stone earlier. Damn, seems even tougher - think I'm definitely going to level my hearts and armour up a bit first before I have another stab at that...
