Sitting within the other files on the disc of the WRC Arcade SCEE Preview build I acquired is a second unused FMV file named "INTRONTS.STR", which is dated 2nd May 2002 (3 months earlier than this build's creation date). Now the name alone is interesting as it seems to be hinting towards the game being originally considered for an NTSC release (the game was a PAL exclusive) but it additionally contains further differences to the final FMV than the used file in this build does!

This earlier version of the intro contains a completely different music track to the final game (blatently created by the game's composer rather than the licenced track in the final build) and also features some editing differences within the last 5 seconds or so to better sync with this backing track.
