Despite the couple Adventure Mode cutscenes that are present in the build being mute, my recently released Hot Wheels Velocity X prototype DOES have a near complete set of dialogue files present on the game disc. However, many of the lines within these files deviate from the final game; some such as Gearhead and the Computer's dialogue are the raw voice acting takes before the robotic effects were applied to them, whereas other lines were removed entirely from the final game.

The latter notably includes a bunch of Win and Lose dialogue quotes from almost all of the Adventure Mode bosses (Rupert doesn't have any in this build). The final game does use voice lines for winning or losing Missions, and one of these boss quotes is partially recycled as one (second half of Fast Lane Win), but those files are in half the sampling rate quality and are stored within the World files, not within the rest of the dialogue like this build does.
