Playthrough | Part 2 – Chapter 2: The One (Akiyama)

What a way to start this off huh? Akiyama gets arrested but what happens next? Let's find out in Chapter 2: The One.
Before that, we get a flashback of a younger Akiyama during the events of Yakuza Kiwami. Basically, the Millennium Tower experienced an explosion as ten billion yen flew from the sky onto the ground. In desperation, Akiyama got what he could. In the present, Akiyama is released from his cell, mostly due to Hana-chan. He returns to Sky Finance but feels bummed out, even seeing a picture from his past... that is until he meets a young woman.
The woman in question wants 100 million yen, in cash. Akiyama's willing to do that, provided that she passes his test. This is how Akiyama sees if the people are worthy of earning that loan. In this case, Akiyama's test for this woman, named Lily, is going to be a challenging one. She wants to take it. She departs since Akiyama needs time to take the test.
It's here we take part in sub stories. Something important is that certain sub stories are only available if Hana is in the office and there are a few. Make sure to get them done because it's important for completionist's sake. Not to mention that each character in Yakuza has a saga of sorts. With Akiyama, it's the Shiobara saga and let me tell you, it's something. Yakuza 3's sub-stories were too much. Yakuza 4 on the other hand is better since there aren't that much. That and the experience needed will help you level up, I mean that.
We get two sub-stories done. Both are part of the Shiobara saga that I mentioned earlier. The sub story work will continue in Part 3.
