Part 7 of the Zelda II Video Walkthrough. We begin our trip into the Swamp Palace.\n\n...No, I'm not doing the Monty Python thing. Feel free if you want.\n\nCommentary:\n0:03 - Most of the palaces from now on have a secret hidden in the statue. It's either a Red Jar or a Red Ironknuckle. I don't need the jar right now, so I skip it..\n1:09 - I really wanted to get Shield down to 16. That's why I took the Magic up. This means whenever a Blue Jar drops, I get a free Shield spell.\n1:59 - They're down to 10 seconds now...and if I can get one caught in a downthrust, they go even quicker.\n2:09 - These guys try and get cute with downthrusts of their own. Just move when they try.\n2:38 - See?\n3:04 - Ugh. These things are irritating. They have a way of knocking you into pits, they respawn (though not as fast as other respawners), and cost you XP when they hit you. Downthrust helps a lot.\n3:33 - You need to be REALLY careful here, expecially if you come back with the downthrust and the Handy Glove (what's that? I'll explain later).\n4:17 - Another place where you can find a hidden jar. Yes, sometimes these also have Ironknuckles. Go fig.\n5:00 - You can get this now, but those falling blocks hurt, so probably a good idea to come back later.\n5:11 - The first Red Ironknuckle. They put up a stronger defense and are a bit more agressive than Orange ones, but seem to be more easily fooled by the jump-stab trick. A note: Just jump-stab these guys to death. I have this thing where I like to go toe-to-toe with them, but there's no need for you to do it too. Anyways, there's 2 here in this corridor.\n5:32 This is the Handy Glove. It lets you break bricks by stabbing them with your sword. \n5:50 - Heh. Always a good idea to check statues, you never know what's in them...and even if it is an Ironknuckle, 100 XP is worth it.\n7:24 - It's hard to get through this corridor without taking hits from these shooting statues.\n7:38 - Note how I keep the XP I didn't spend on the level up. \n9:18 - Next video we finish up.
