Previously, Link reached the depths of the Arbiter's Grounds, where he fought the Undead Prisoner and acquired the Spinner.

After he loads up, Ooccoo Jr. takes him back to where he left off, the western room on level B2 (time 0:32). This is essentially a training ground for using the Spinner.

If he bears right past the first Spinner track, he can reach a small chest containing 10 Bombs (time 0:53). Just to the west of it, there is another chest containing a Red Rupee, worth 20 R (time 1:07).

If he continues past the wall and turns north, he can reach another chest containing a Yellow Rupee, worth 10 R (time 1:25).

To the west, there is a track that loops around and goes upstairs. It takes him to an area where there is a large chest containing Piece of Heart #28 (time 2:03).

Going west carefully on the northern track, he will have to jump tracks a couple of times past the spinning spike trap. In the southwest corner of the room, he will have to go counterclockwise on the spinner track to go upstairs. He will be deposited in the northern part of the floor on level B1.

Past two more Stalfos Knights, he will find a chest containing a Yellow Rupee, worth 10 R, in the northeast (time 3:07).

Climbing up to the west, he will find the last Spinner sequence on 1F in this room (time 3:54). Be careful of traps on the walls.

The door to the east leads to the north-central room on 1F (time 4:06). Link finally reaches the chest containing the Big Key.

In the middle of the room, there is a Spinner hole (time 4:42). When he uses the Spinner here, the northern wall rotates aside and opens the way leading north. He rides the Spinner track around the outside wall of the room. If he jumps near the top, he will reach the top of the center platform.

On the center platform, he can use the Spinner in the Spinner hole (time 5:31). This causes a new spiral Spinner track to arise. The track takes him up to the top level.

There, on 4F, he finds the door to the boss room (time 6:01). There, he finds a large sandy pit with a massive fossil.

As he approaches the fossil, a scene takes place (time 6:43). Zant arrives and sticks a greatsword into the fossil's skull. When he leaves, the fossil begins moving!

Then, the battle begins against the Twilit Fossil Stallord (time 8:01). In the first phase, Stallord's spine, ribcage, arms, and skull are above the sand. The objective is to use the Spinner to attack Stallord's spine three times. At the top of the pit, there is a circular Spinner track with traps. If Link gets off the Spinner, he will have to go up to more solid ground to get on his Spinner. Stallord will attack with dark breath and his hands. He will call skeleton warriors to protect himself. A line of skeleton warriors will appear near Stallord to protect him from the third blow.

A scene occurs after Link breaks Stallord's spine (time 9:54). Stallord collapses, and the sand in his pit recedes. Below, there is solid ground.

There, Link must use the Spinner on the Spinner hole (time 10:40). A large central pillar rises in the midst of the deep pit. Unfortunately, Stallord's head rises for more!

The second phase of the battle then starts in the pit (time 11:18). There is a spiralling Spinner track along the central pillar, and there are circular tracks along the walls. Link must ride up the spiral track and jump tracks to avoid Stallord's fireballs. When he gets close enough, he can stun Stallord with the Spinner. On the floor, he can then attack Zant's sword with the Master Sword. As the battle goes on, traps will begin appearing on the Spinner tracks. In all, it's a fun battle.

At the end of the battle, Stallord finally dies (time 13:17). Zant's sword leaves a Heart Container behind. A ramp extends at the top of the central pillar, allowing Link to exit.

Link heads outside (time 14:37). He has a good opportunity to save his game. He finds himself outside at the top of the Arbiter's Grounds.

A brief scene occurs as Link arrives at the Mirror Chamber (time 15:27). As he approaches the statue, five Shadow Beings drop in to attack. Defeating them properly will reveal the Mirror Chamber warp.

Then, Link must climb to the top of the statue with the Spinner (time 16:40). He will be deposited into a Spinner hole. Spinning here will cause quite a change in the Mirror Chamber. The pillars around the outside of the tower will raise a mysterious stone slab out of the ground.

The description is continued in the comments.
