Zeraora Spark damage optimization guide (Pokémon Unite)

There's so many Zeraora players I've seen in my games who don't use Spark correctly (let alone, any that I've seen use it optimally for damage), so I wanted to have a resource to refer people to.
Regardless of whether you pick Discharge or Wild Charge as your second move, you should be using this optimization for both.
I personally prefer Discharge despite recent damage nerfs, due to the shield, AoE damage that's not locked behind a level 14 upgrade, and for better defensive synergy with the healing on Spark's upgrade to stack up my Weakness Policy and Volt Absorb (passive) from the shield it provides.
My held items:
-Razor Claw, Weakness Policy, then my third held item is generally either Buddy Barrier or Scope Lens. I also use Full Heal as my battle item, so that I can engage or escape fights in more scenarios with the cleanse and brief unstoppable on a low (40 second) cooldown, and because Wigglytuff exists.
