Probably not a terribly interesting video - I checked out the two spare Partner's I've got.

One doesn't show any video output at all and the other shows a black screen with a bit of noise, and appeared to clear when the red [С] (button was pressed). Neither made the beeping sound when
keys were pressed.

I also had a quick look at the power supply - doesn't seem to be working.

The three boards I've got now are dated:
21-July-1989: three empty ROM sockets, boots to black screen using my original ROMs
29-Jan-1990: okay-ish, three socketed ROMs, original machine
15-Jan-1991: two soldered-in ROMs, one socketed, not working

So some work required.
