The killings continue, despite our continuing efforts to maintain order as we design and build a new wing to house instigators. I dunno if their 'ability' has a range or radius to it, I'm hoping so. Really, volatiles could go in there too, under armed guard when they inevitably fly off the handle.

I just don't get this. I don't have these issues with other prisons. Even when it's all max security, even when conditions are relatively similar, the prisoners just don't mass-riot like this on a dime. They need actual reasons usually.

It's weird to think how little game-time has passed because we're constantly in a low-level state of crisis.

Also I forget what a commenter told me and come to regret it.
