Read the title, this is the DEMO version, not the full game.
Metroidvania/Castletroid fans should watch this video too because the game is heavily inspired from Super Metroid and Castlevania.Symphony of the Night.

Overall the game is very fun to play & I skipped the cutscenes for 2 reasons:

* Spoilers for those who haven't played it yet
* In speed runs, if skipping cutscenes is possible SKIP IT. This is not a Let's play video.

There are some nice alternate routes which might be useful for the Insane difficulty run (where you can lose 100 units of health after a few hits!!).

There were some minor mistakes such as the missed ledge grab after swimming and probably better use with the Grenades.

In my opinion, after getting the pistol, I take the default route which requres destroying a turret and killing some guards. I find this route faster because you spend less time in the small tunnel sections and going past the room with the guards, you'll end up to the elevator room much quicker.

I skpped the health expansion pickup obviously it's much faster to avoid it.

This game is worth 1200 Microsoft points, and a very good game to speed run. For more awesome runs on Classic/Modern games head to Speed Demos Archive.

I might make an Insane run but it will be VERY, VERY difficult to speed run it Single Segment wise.
