2020 VLOG - How's the diabetes going now, two weeks after my diagnose?
Filmed over the course of five days, before the intro is Day 1, after the intro Day 3 starts. Added some workout footage from a 5th day because it wasn't enough footage to go into a seperate video.

03:05 - Honestly, i don't remember this workout so i'm not gonna record any voiceover or anything but i looked back at my results in the app and here is what i did
Bent over barebell row - 2 sets
Dumbbell bicep curl - 2 sets
Goblet Squat - 1 set, 50 reps
03:16 - Pull Through (1 set) this didn't feel right, i'd rather do hip thrusts
03:45 - Lying dumbbell tricep extension, 4 sets of 8-12 reps
04:36 - Bent over barebell rows, 2 set
5:00 - bench press, 4 sets
05:45 - Dumbbell bicep curl - 2 sets (got a copyright notice here)

And then at 06:24 we say goodbye.
06:48 - Workout from two days later (Day 5)
Honestly, i just want to edit and upload all my footage but i don't want to spend too much time on it.
06:57 - a few sets of chin-ups on a gym that don't have a suitable bar
7:29 - barebell squats, 2 sets
8:09 - second set
3 exercises i didn't film
2 sets of squats again
8:40 - Hip Thrusts, 4 sets
