Second workout after they released me from the hospital. Running into some trouble while working out, feels like i'm gonna pass out.

04:22 - Squat, 4 sets (feel like passing out)

06:40 - one handed cable machine rows (?) 4 sets
07:54 - Straight arm lat pushdown, 4 sets
08:37 - Bench Press again, 2 more sets
09:14 - Dumbbell Skullcrushers again, 2 sets
