About this video: In this video, I go over a $2,500 gaming PC build that is perfect for everything. From streaming to TwitchTV/YouTube Gaming to editing videos to even just maxing all games on the market at 4K, this PC will be able to do it all. It also has some pretty impressive specs for the price considering RAM prices currently, so let's go ahead and get on into this build!
I always like to start with the processor, and for this build, we are going with an Intel Core i7-8700K CPU. This thing has 6 cores with hyperthreading, and it can easily be overclocked to 4.5GHz with our all-in-one liquid cooler the Corsair H100I v2. This AIO from Corsair not only does an incredible job at cooling, but it also has a beautiful design that will look great in your system.
We're going to need a motherboard to put this stuff in though, so we are going with an MSI Z370 Gaming Plux CFX motherboard. This thing has red LED, support for up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM, and plenty of PCI/PCI-e expansion slots if you want to add in wifi cards, capture cards, sound cards, etc.
Speaking of RAM though, we are actually maxing the RAM on this thing with four 16GB of G.Skill Sniper X DDR4-3200MHz RAM. This will give us a total of 64GB of DDR4 RAM, and with that much RAM, this system will have more than enough RAM for years and years to come!
What about hard storage though? Well, in a $2,500 build, you have to have an SSD, so we are going with a 1TB Crucial MX500 SSD. This is where all of your programs, OS, and some games will go. Larger games and files will go on our HDD a 4TB Western Digital Blue 5,200 RPM SATA drive. This combo will give you plenty of storage with room to grow.
So we've got most of our main parts down, but we are still missing one very important one - the graphics card. For this system though, we aren't skimping on the GPU. We are adding in an 11GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. This will be a great GPU for 4K gaming for years to come. It wouldn't surprise me if this system is still playing 4K games at low settings 6 years from now. That's how good I think this GPU is!
From there, we're going with the Fractal Design Meshify C Dark TG mid-tower case. This is a great case with awesome cable management and a huge side window for you to see your beautiful system inside. With that, we are throwing in a 1000W EVGA SuperNova G3 fully modular power supply. This will be plenty of power for overclocking this system, and this power supply will be super reliable.
And there you have it! A $2,500 gaming PC build that will be perfect for streaming, editing, and gaming all at the same time. Additionally, this $2,500 build will last for years to come when it comes to gaming! Nevertheless, if you enjoyed this video, please give it a thumbs up and be sure to subscribe to the channel if you haven't already. It really helps us out, and it means a ton to me. Thank you very, very much in advance!
