Well, we're back to it, extracting another clump of documents. What's my selection process for these documents? It really honestly is just 'whatever looks interesting to me, imma scoop it up'. Operating on the assumption that I might not be able to extract and read literally every document on one playthrough, which I hadn't confirmed or denied yet, I just figured I wanted to get the ones I was likely to care more about.

Not that you can really throw out any part of this story; like Analogue, Hate Plus is just so well-done. I can admire it from a technical perspective for the game mechanics and the writing involved, as well as being swept away emotionally. Like I said before, I really want to spend more time with these characters.

So we're closing in on the heart of the matter, now; we know there was a rebellion aboard ship that resulted in the computer archives being wiped, and apparently *Mute got the same treatment, but what exactly happened? We watch the opening steps of this, as the situation goes out-of-control, and Security feels like they have no option but to intervene and remove Ryu from power.

Not to mention, of course, some other news that, especially to *Mute, who knew and respected the first emperor and the first queen enormously, turns out to be devastating.
