Wait, *Mute did what overnight? She did what?!

Things get more than a little heavy. Well, as if they weren't already, right? But sleeping on these revelations about the death of Old *Mute has not been good for our friend at all. In fact, if *Hyun-ae hadn't been there while things were shut down and the Investigator was asleep... it probably would have ended quite badly.

Even so, we have some talking to do on the advent of the third and final day of our trip, before we can even get to the documents. As it turns out, though, a lot of the newly-available documents to extract relate to the first Queen, who used to be President of the ship's University... and a strong believer that women shouldn't have or want careers or professional lifes.

And yes, if you're wondering, it's not uncommon to see a woman with a strong professional career... in telling other women not to have careers or be strong. As it turns out, more than a bit of this Neo-Joseon stuff wasn't just pushed, but probably originated, from her, and man, she's a piece of work. As with everything else, the more we read and the more layers we pull, the more we want to cry.

Considering *Mute considered her a really good friend, this is yet another bitter pill for the Security AI to take.

There's steadily more character interactions with the AIs now, too, which is fine by me, considering I think it's one of the main draws of the Hate series.
