"That's one DOOMed space marine..."

To get it, go to death row on Episode 1, and in the church part, use the space key (Interaction key) on the paper you see in front of the stained glass panels and the cross. After the room goes red, and the cross goes upside down, break the left stained glass panel (You can break this before, but the entrance will only open after the room goes red, breaking the right one will give you some steroids.)

Enter the corridor and kill the alien if you haven't done so already. Go right upon entering, and you should come across a room, featuring a dead Doom guy.
