Humane Wildlife Solutions is Europe’s only multi award winning, Vegan,
Ethical, Environmentally friendly alternative to pest control. Founded
by myself Kevin Newell, a vegan of over 22 years, I wanted to help find
a way to help wildlife when it came into conflict with us humans which
did not involve harming them. Using my vegan values and ethics I built
the service around these and over the years have perfected the service.
We have helped over 4,000 people with wildlife issues globally, with
jobs such as Wolves in Canada, Skunks and Racoons in the United States,
Forest Ants in Sweden, Rats in the United Arab Emirates to Foxes and
other species all over the United Kingdom. For those we can’t visit in
person we have our first class consultation service so we can make sure
people can get help no matter where they are.
We don't just help people with conflicts but also work on government
policies and research of our own all with the aim and helping the
earthlings we share this planet with. We were asked by the Scottish
Government to be an expert on the panel to consulate about horrible Glue
Traps and of course we called for a complete ban and we found out this
year that the Government would indeed ban glue traps across Scotland, as
we as this we proposed, design and set up a trial to show the Scottish
Government that they no longer need to kill red and amber listed birds
which come into conflict with people but instead can save them , their
eggs and chicks and take them to rescue centers before they can be
released, this trial went so well that the government brought in a new
non-lethal option meaning no ones willingly has to kill gull chicks any
more.
Every time we work we are saving animals and we have many projects we
are working on just now to keep helping animals in the future.
