A10-7860K Frame Time Analysis - HITMAN (2016) DX11 vs DX12
IO-Interactive's HITMAN was one of the first major titles to support DX12. In this session we compare the performance of the 2 APIs on AMD A10-7860K with 720p resolution and low settings as Agent47 walks through the levels of the first episode - ICA Facility and Paris.
The final results show that the DX12 option offers smoother frame times compared to DX11, albeit the APU struggles to maintain consistent frame times in the extremely crowded scene of Paris on both APIs.
