This took sooooo much testing before I could even confirm to myself that it was possible. One of the few times I wished I'd had the ability to test something with tool assistance (to make sure it was doable before wasting hella time on something that might not work).

Ryu's Ultra 1 is 8 hits. Using 4 bars and not including a wall run, this is the maximum amount of hits you can absorb using ex.run with Fuerte. Getting the ex.run back to absorb 2 hits but also escape the pace of the Ultra seems like it's a 1 frame, super distance specific thing. (you can see in the first few attempts in the video that it doesn't seem like it even works). After testing combinations of running forward and backwards, absorbing hits and even trying to incorporate wall running for extra armor. I eventually came to the conclusion that, if it were possible at all, you'd have to be running backwards every time. Then it took a while to get 2x ex.run back in a row at any distance in order confirm that it would be 'technically' possible to repeat. Then you have to start close enough to have enough room behind you for all 4 reps (which all feel like 3-one frame links each). Blah, blah, blah... if you're ever bored in training mode please try it.
