------------------------------------------

This game is extraordinarily blunt in regards to what to expect when you're playing it. Heck, it's right in the title! ;D

One can think of this game as a more serious Duke Nukem 3D, as though it sits somewhere between that game and Doom in terms of content. That's an extreme generalization of course. Actually, the game stands fairly well on its own accord... for the most part. There are some quirks which are kinda weird though.

Additional Information and Corrections:

* If you want to purchase Blood from the Good Old Games website, simply click your way here: http://www.gog.com/game/one_unit_whole_blood/?pp=91dfde1d6e005e422f64a59776234f1f4c80b5e4

* One thing I forgot to mention is that since the game was made with the Build Engine, it includes all the necessary tools for adding new art and levels, just like Duke Nukem 3D before it. :B

* Made a typo in the name of "Q Studios" in the game stats. Oops. :P

* Actually, looking through my footage, it seems most levels actually have four keys, not three.

* One powerup that IS useful are the Doctor's Bags which function like the Medkits in Duke Nukem 3D, providing a total of 100 units of health to restore on demand.

* The game uses both "TNT" and "Dynamite" interchangably, though from what I'm told, those two explosives are VERY different from each other, so referring to one as the other is a misnomer. :P

* The CD audio music not repeating could simply be a bug with how the GOG release works, but I don't actually know as I don't own a physical copy of this game. The CD audio music is also not very well balanced in terms of volume, as some of the tracks are much louder or quieter than others.

* Just for the sake of fun since you're reading this, when you get to the end of the second level of the game, try running down the train tracks for a minute or two. ;D
