When you want to process thusands of items with AE2 auto-crafting you might want to use several machines at the same time, and in this video I'll show how to evenly split the task.

Edit: You can reduce the number of channels needed by placing several furnaces per interface. I didn't think of it when I prepared this video, but that's how I usually do my molecular assembler setups :)

To summarize: you can do it with AE2 only, but to save resources and still have a good split, you should use other mods. Ender IO is a good candidate since the pipe system supports round robin mode.
