The Formula One racing season returns today, so here comes the obligatory racing game. But no one said I had to play a specifically F1-themed game today, so instead it's a trip to the world of stock car racing in this game based on an ESPN racing show (one of a number of licenced ESPN games released by Sony).

And truth be told it's absolutely terrible, arguably the worst racing game on the Mega Drive. The controls and handling are absolutely appalling and makes this game nigh unplayable. Add to that the fact you're expected to race for at least 10 laps in each race here and you're all set for misery.

The Oregon track raced on here has been chosen to provide a variety of left and right turns as a high number of tracks in this game are boring circular tracks.
