In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using the Duel inscription as my build around! Duel is an inscription that applies a debuff that gradually amplifies your damage to them by varying amounts depending on the level of your Duel inscription (Duel 2 is 15%, Duel 4 is 30%). This allows it to be taken equally by both magic and physical attackers since amplifcation applies universally. There are a great many powerful Duel items, such as Master Fighter, Hand of Glory, Mad Harpoon, and many more to make sure Duel focused runs have a lot of damage to make sure the amplifcation matters even more. However, Duel+, the new enhanced inscription mechanics, makes your amplifcation rise to a total of 75% when you fully max out Duel 4's 30%, and 75% damage amplification is absolutely ridiculous. All of this combined makes for a very powerful strategy, as long as the run building is solid. Thor and Gambler are the skulls of choice today, how effectively will they be able to wield this awesome power?
