Continuing the exploration from part 1, the top of the hill reveals a cave whose entrance has been blocked by giant boulders. Pete won't bother forcing his way up at the risk of being crushed by the large rocks. But the exploration was not useless. An overturned racing sled gives the indication that was a fun hill to play on. Further along the hill, an array of blue rocks form an arrow that points to a trail. The trail of rocks leads to the beach where a set of old patio chairs rest peaceful at the shoreline.
Nearby, a boat house provides some handy items. Unfortunately, Pete won't be able to use the boat to paddle to safety as it has sunk beneath the weight of the water. However, a nearby Jerry can proves important enough to place into inventory. Other notable items include a shovel, a grate, and a crate.
Next to the boat house, a sky lift appears ready to carry people across the landscape and up the mountain side. But the engine is not quite functional. Clicking around the various components hints that Pete needs to find fuel and a battery to get the motor running again. Having found the fuel can from the boat house, where might he find a supply of fuel?
Walking up the path in the other direction, Pete crosses an old bridge to find his motorcycle laying on its side. Too damaged to run properly, perhaps Pete can salvage it for parts. In the saddle bag attached to the motorcycle, he finds his pocket knife which immediately goes into inventory for future use. But it's not long before he removes the battery from the motorcycle. The battery size might just perfect for the sky lift. Of course, the motorcycle also contains a fuel tank. But how can Pete transfer fuel from the bike to the jerry can? Perhaps some sort of hose is required?
Looking around for more items, Pete finds the tree house not far from the cabin. But a pulley system of locks and chains prevents easy access. A set of numbers carved into the front of the tree seem to indicate some type of combination is required. Pete has a collection of notes in his notebook. Might those contain the answer for the tree house? Or will he need to explore more of the terrain for clues?
