Andro Dunos is a horizontal scrolling shooter made in Arcades and for the NeoGeo in 1992, developed by Visco Games and distributed by SNK. As far as I know, there are no real differences between either version (so while it's labeled as both and this is an Arcade recording, I wouldn't say this is opening the door for NeoGeo videos at this time). While it is unremarkable in the audio/visual department, it is nonetheless a fun, fairly challenging shooter that can be played with a friend. Playing as one or two Neo Type fighters designed with state-of-the-art weaponry, you're the last line of defense defending the Earth from hostile alien invaders.

The game has a nice weapon system where players can upgrade four primary weapons with different strengths and weaknesses and switch between them on the fly, not to mention the ability to gain barriers which shift positions depending on the weapon in use, and various missiles to help you. Finally, when all else fails and you're desperate, you can charge your weapon to unleash four different extra powerful super attacks at the expense of a weapon level (so you can't use these attacks by default).

This is a video of the first level, showing the different weapons in use. Enjoy.
