Annis ZR350 Customization, Drift Racing Car | Los Santos Tuners Update/DLC | GTA Online
The Annis ZR350, formerly known as ZR-350, is a two-door sports car featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Tuners update. The Annis ZR350 is primarily based on the third-generation Mazda RX-7 (FD). Annis ZR350's design shares many features with that of the real RX-7, even down to the engine bay, which depicts a rotary engine. The front bumper of Annis ZR350 seems to be taken from the later iterations (1998–2002) of the FD, such as the 2002 Spirit R, with the main intake 2004-2009 Honda S2000 (AP2), and the turn signals from the 2004–2008 Porsche 911 (997). Annis ZR350's tail lights are similar to the ones found on the 1998-2000 Mazda MX-5 Miata (NB), although the bulb housings are surrounded in black rather than red. The taillight housings on the ZR350 are separated rather than connected. The ZR350 has good top speed and decent acceleration, but ZR350 is rather inferior compared to other cars in its class, like the Jester RR. Annis ZR350's traction is also poor and is very easy to destabilize. When exiting a corner, the ZR350's rear end tends to kick out, which may be detrimental to inexperienced drivers. Use of the brakes on ZR350 is advised before driving over curbs, sidewalks, and uneven terrain and not to instantly accelerate. Wait for the Annis ZR350 to point straight then continue accelerating out of corners to prevent the rear end to kick out upon corner exit. Fitting a spoiler on Annis ZR350 mitigates this issue somewhat. The Annis ZR350 can be purchase from Legendary Motorsport for $1,615,000 or for $1,211,250 if the player has unlocked the trade price with Reputation.
8 "drift" variants of vehicles were added in The Chop Shop. These variants are simple performance modifications, similar to Hao's Special Works upgrades, and are classified as separate vehicles in the game files. Drift Tuning cost $200,000 to install and $50,000 to remove. Cusomized cars with Drift Tuning can be used in the seven new Drift Races that were added in The Chop Shop update. These races reward players for continuously drifting, and the player with the most "drift points" wins the race.
The nods of recognition, the pointing, the fanboys passing out in ecstasy. Witnessing the big power ZR350 revving up to tear a hole through an underground parking lot never gets old. And when you burn these tires out, they'll fight to see who gets to breathe in your polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons - because this much clout is seriously intoxicating.
