8Daily Challenges, formerly known as Daily Objective : Participate in Extraction or how to start Extraction. Extraction is an Adversary Mode featured in Grand Theft Auto Online. In Extraction with three to twelve participants, the Extraction game mode involves 2 teams: the Bodyguards (1-5 players) and a Hit Squad (1-6 players). There is also a common Target (an executive, 1 player only). The target's plane was forced to make an emergency landing, so it is stranded inside an area called the extraction zone. The target has to meet with the bodyguards and get to the evac point before the hit squad kills them; in each Extraction mission, a random evac point is chosen from the selection. Since the starting location of the Hit Squad is nearer to the extraction zone than the starting location of the Bodyguards, the Hit Squad can arrive at the location first, requiring the target to go in hiding until the Bodyguards arrive. Initially, the locations of the Target, Bodyguards and Hit Squad are hidden from each other on the map. Once the Target and Bodyguards have first met up, all their locations will appear on the map.
An executive jet's gone down in the wrong part of town. A team of Bodyguards works with their team member, the Target, to rendezvous in the extraction zone and get them to the evac point. Meanwhile, the Hit Squad try to find the Target first and put them down. Teams of Bodyguards must search, locate and safely extract an Executive Target from their downed jet before a rival Hit Squad intercepts and eliminates the target.
Daily Challenges, formerly known as Daily Objectives is a feature in Grand Theft Auto Online introduced in the Heists Update. They are unlocked at Rank 1. Players will receive Cash and RP rewards for completing all three given objectives each day and a large bonus for completing them for a week and a month. Reward cash is deposited directly into the player's bank account.
