This is pretty much a boss fight against Nineball in AA. Like the PS1 incarnations, this is no normal AC. It is very mobile, has unlimited ammo, and its weapons are more powerful than appearances suggest.

Fortunately AC2 has many very strong weapons to use against Nineball. The KARASAWA works well, as do heavy hitting missiles.
