So I've been wanting to make this video for a while. But AC movement is complicated, and as a result so is the video. I've decided to release the video in an unfinished but hopefully useful state.

The video explains movement techniques in Armored Core for AC1-ACLR and the differences between legs types. Despite being almost 20 minutes long, I'm still missing a good amount of info. I will complete the video eventually, but I don't know when that will be.
