When using a slicer, slice the potatoes slowly to avoid cutting your hands as they are slippery.
If the potatoes become too small to hold, do not continue, but slice them thinly with a knife.

■Ingredients (serves 2)
・Potatoes 2 (300g)
・Salad oil 2 tablespoons
・Ketchup as needed
☆Seasonings
・Potato starch 1 tablespoon
・Salt 1/4 teaspoon
・Pepper a little
・Grated cheese 3 tablespoons

■Procedure
(1) Slice the potatoes thinly with a slicer. (Do not soak the potatoes in water before using.)
(2) Put the potatoes and ☆ in a bowl and mix.
(3) Heat half the salad oil (1 tablespoon) in a frying pan over medium heat, line up the potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until crispy. Turn them over and add the remaining salad oil around the edges, then cook for about 5 minutes until crispy. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
(4) Place in a serving dish and garnish with ketchup.
