Chicken thighs are marinated in Nanban with vegetables. With plenty of perilla leaves and sweet vinegar, it's easy to eat even when you don't have much of an appetite♪

■Ingredients (2 servings)
・1 chicken thigh (250g)
・1/2 onion
・1/2 carrot
・10 perilla leaves
・Salt and pepper
・Potato starch (as needed)
・3 tablespoons salad oil
☆Nanban vinegar
・2 tablespoons sugar
・4 tablespoons vinegar
・3 tablespoons soy sauce
・150cc water
・1/2 teaspoon chili pepper (sliced)
■Procedure
(1) Slice the onion thinly. Shred the carrot. Cut off the stems of the perilla leaves and cut them into strips.
(2) Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
(3) Mix the ingredients in a tray, add the onion, carrot, and 1/2 the perilla leaves, and mix.
(4) Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add 2, and fry for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
(5) Add 3 while still hot and let it marinate for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining perilla leaves.
