The richness of the white dashi, cheese, and the mellowness of the egg are perfectly intertwined, and when you eat it, it's like carbonara somen.
Since it doesn't use fire, it's not hot even in the summer, and there's no need to worry about it boiling over!

■Ingredients (1 serving)
・2 bundles of somen (100g)
・1 tablespoon of Mizkan's Professional Flavor® White Dashi
・1 tablespoon of water
Finishing touches
・1 egg yolk
・2 tablespoons of powdered cheese
・A little black pepper
■Procedure
1. Place somen in a deep heat-resistant container. Pour in enough hot water (not included in the recipe: an appropriate amount) to cover the somen, and mix quickly. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for the boiling time indicated on the package. Drain the water, rinse under running water, drain thoroughly, and serve in a bowl.
2. Add water and Mizkan Professional's Flavor® White Dashi and mix until well combined. Sprinkle with grated cheese and black pepper, and place the egg yolk in the center.
Tip: You can also add olive oil to taste.
