Asda Global (Asda 2) is the sequel to Asda Story, it was released in 2012 after Asda Story closed its servers in 2011. The game is now managed and run by Masangsoft Inc.


This game is sooooo cute :D i'm a sucker for cute anime looking games and this one seriously falls into my LIKE category for me. The graphics are nice and anime looking and don't look dated. The music is nice, and sound effects are very reminiscent of that time for anime mmos.

In all accounts I was quite surprised that channel 1 of the server was really busy and active so I swapped over to channel 2 just for this recording but the community seems there still even after all these years.

There's a nice amount of classes, PvP, all the trimmings that mmos of that time had, like costumes, mounts, cash shop items with buffs, etc. I didnt take a look at how much the currency exchange rate is between real cash to the MCOIN, but seeing the prices of some of the items i'm guessing it can't be that bad.

Reading other comments about this game it seems the story and everything about it is much better than what Asda Story had and it was a preferred game between the two Asda mmo games.

Would I recommend this game to anyone looking for an anime mmo to play now? HELL YES! for what I played of it I enjoyed most of it, other than the fact I couldn't figure out why I couldn't finish the tutorial, it was asking for me to use a potion that just simply wasn't in my bags. Over all though, it seems pretty solid for a game released in 2012 and still going now.
