Batman Part 12 - Not What It Looks Like
1Bruce awakens in Salena's apartment and receives a call from Alfred, who suggests that Bruce try to learn more about Salena. Bruce steals Salena's cat claw and retrieves his stolen grapple gun. A knock at the door wakes Salena who makes Bruce hide in her bedroom so he isn't seen. Harvey Dent is at the door who becomes very violent when he spots Bruce. In a rage Harvey flips a coin to see who will be the first to suffer the wrath of TwoFace, and Salena looses the coin toss. Bruce prevents Harvey from attacking Salena with a knife, and is able to calm down the mentally unstable Harvey Dent. Bruce advises Harvey to seek help to deal with his problems, but Harvey is reluctant to accept Bruce's help and leaves. With Salena worried that the Children of Arkham and Harvey Dent may come after her, Salena makes to leave Gotham for a while. Bruce offers to let her stay at Wayne Mannor, and heads out to Wayne Tower to give his resignation speech. As Bruce gets ready to deliver his speech, Oswald tells him the real reason Bruce's parents were killed. Apparently Bruce's mother was ready to turn in Tomas, Falconi, and Mayor hill to the police, so Hill payed Joe Chill to kill them. Bruce is told to just read the words on the TelePrompTer, but Bruce uses his speech time to tell the truth about his family's investment with the mob. As Bruce is removed from the stage, he is met by Vicki Vail who offers Bruce words of comfort. Than stabs Bruce in the hand with a pen filled with the toxin the Children of Arkham were using, to make things worse Vicki Vail never had an interview with the Children of Arkham's leader, she IS the Children of Arkham's leader. With the toxin at full effect Vail insists that Bruce attack Cobblepot, and episode 3 ends with Bruce rushing Cobblepot in a blind rage.
