WWE 2K17 Universe Part 18 - The Face....
0John Cena opens Smackdown Live with a very heelish promo where he calls out none other than the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Dean Ambrose. Dean Ambrose strikes a nerve to John Cena, causing Cena to strike the face of Ambrose. The two end the promo with a fight where Ambrose gets the better of Cena, however the two will have an actual match later on tonight. Our first match has the Miz with Maryse defending his Intercontinental Championship against Zack Ryder. Zack Ryder come so close to winning the Intercontinental Championship, unfortunately the Miz who got his ass kicked the entire match, actually defeats Zack Ryder to retain his Intercontinental Championship. Next is a women's fatal 4 way match where Nickey Bella, Niomi, Eva Marie, and Carmella will all battle for a chance at BeckyLynch's Smackdown Women's Championship in the near future. After an impressive showing by all 4 women, it's Nickey Bella who picks up the victory. Tag team action follows as the Vaudevillians take on the Lucha Dragons to decide who will be the #1 contenders for the Smackdown Tag Team Championships. The Lucha Dragons knock off the former Smackdown Tag Team Champions the Vaudevillians and will face Heath Slater and Rhyno in the coming future. TIME FOR FUN WITH POST- UPDATE BUGS. Randy Orton was supposed to face AJ Styles, but a strange glitch turns the match into a Fatal 4 way match with Sin Cara, Aiden English, Randy Orton, and AJ Styles. I skipped this match in hopes that the game will correct itself, but the same shit happens during the Cena and Ambrose match. I reset the game and the bug is seemingly gone for now. It's time for the main event where the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Dean Ambrose faces the #1 contender John Cena. Both men put on a great match, and both men give it everything they have, but to no ones surprise John Cena picks up a massive victory over the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Dean Ambrose. I can't help but think that Dean Ambrose's championship reign may be in trouble at Payback.
