The Avengers arrive in Niffilheim and begin looking for Odin, but they first meet with Volla who's ring has been stolen. If the Avengers return her ring she will tell them their future, the Avengers continue onward battling the fallen Viking Warriors and hordes of Dark Elves. The Avengers run into two powerful villians Kurse and Ulik who cannot seem to open a chest, after defeating Kurse and Ulik the Avengers locate the key in a nearby firepit. With the chest unlocked, Volla's ring is returned to her, but her future sight says that the Avengers are all going to die in the coming future. The Avengers make there way to the Niffilheim Battlegrounds and continue to battle the Dark Elves, and a new typ of enemies Frost Giants. Eventually the Avengers come across a massive crater in the ground, and in is center lies the broken Twilight Sword. This is not good because if Dr.Doom used the Twilight Sword on Odin, than Dr.Doom has successfully stolen Odin Asgardian powers. With Odin's life in danger, the Avengers press onward into Ymir's Domain. They quickly come into contact with Ymir the king of the Frost Giants, who tells that Loki went to Raven's Spire to get the powerful Destroyer Armor. The Avengers battle Ymir, and after a bit of trial and error they take the massive monster down. They head to Spires Assent to locate Loki before he can gain control of the Destroyer Armor, and that means more Dark Elves and Frost Giants to battle.
