My playthrough of Altered Beast for Sega Genesis on the hardest difficulty with no continues and default health/lives. This isn't a guide, walkthrough, or tutorial, it's just me playing through the game as best I can. What do you think of the game? Do you have any play tips, childhood memories, or interesting stories to share?

This was the pack-in game with my Sega Genesis and was the only game I had for a while. I replayed it about a year ago beating it on the normal difficulty (https://youtu.be/NqldgRtN9HU). This time I wanted to beat it on the hardest difficulty and earn all of the achievements on RetroAchievements.

Beaten on 8/14/2023. Altered Beast was developed and released by Sega Games in 1988 for the Sega Genesis (among other systems).
