Black Mesa - How To VERY Easily Unlock The Futile Resistance RARE Achievement!
0In order to unlock the Futile Resistance achievement, you must kill 10 enemies with the Snark weapon. This is really simple to do, but you must make it to Chapter 11, Questionable Ethics first.
Once you are at Chapter 11, play through the level for a while. Eventually, you will find the Lab B area. Look for the B08 - CES Chamber Observation Area door. Once you go through it, you will find the Snarks weapon on a table to your left.
Once you get the Snarks MAKE A MANUAL SAVE! After saving the game, walk around the counter straight ahead (where there is light shining), and you will find a crawling Crabhead Zombie. Toss out all 5 Snarks to kill the enemy. Once the enemy is dead, load your manual save.
You will spawn with all of your Snark ammo, and the Crabhead Zombie will also have respawned. Go to the other side of the counter, use your Snarks to kill the enemy, and then once again load your manual save. Repeat this process until you have killed the Crabhead Zombie 10 times, and the achievement will unlock! ALSO, after doing this, you can always reload one more time to get all of your Snark ammo back!
