This is most likely a doujin X68K game, though there isn't much info about it (though there are quite a few doujin X68K titles, free or otherwise). It's a mini-shooter presented by "Gold Cats Project", which basically acts as a sort of score attack affair-- one stage, loads of enemies out to kill you at every turn, and a boss at the end. After clearing the first level, the game seems to just go back to the title screen. You can choose between two different primary weapons "Vulcan" and "Laser" and use a variety of sub-abilities which consume energy in order to have a ship deliver them to your location. The sub-abilities are a little annoying to use because you have to stop shooting to switch to what you want and then shoot when you have what you want selected. There are quite a few sub-abilites such as "Speed Up", "Barrier", "Disruptor", etc. If this were a full-length game, it'd probably be pretty cool. Enjoy.
