A complete, fully-featured Boeing 787 Dreamliner freeware add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (all versions including the Steam Edition and Prepar3D (all versions including Prepar3D v4+).
The Boeing 787 (originally prototyped as the 7E7) is one of the most popular aircraft add-ons requested in the freeware flight sim community. Surprisingly, it is more searched for than the Boeing 747. Perhaps this is because FSX comes with a default 747.
The original models used in this package were developed by TDS and a complete Virtual Cockpit (VC) by Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND (with modifications using Ken Wiggington's 737 VC tweaks) has been included. The compilation of all of the features, repaints, and compatibility (especially in P3Dv4) was completed by Chris Evans.
While many users request a VC (virtual cockpit) - the best that was available was a modified Boeing 737 VC. There are currently no Boeing 787 freeware virtual cockpits out there - and if there are they are low quality (of course, with respect to the freeware authors developing them). So this package has a modified Boeing 737 VC to look very close to what you can expect in a 787.

Also included are over 56 repaints (liveries) for various real-world airlines including (for the 787-8); Aeroflot, AeroMexico, Air Canada, Air Force One, Air Tanzania, All Nippon Airways (ANA), Avianca, Azerbaijan Airlines, China Southern El Al, Japan Airlines (JAL), Kenya Airways, LOT, Royal Air Maroc (RAM), Thai Airways, TUI Airways, United Airlines, Uzbekistan Airways.

The package features:
Custom Boeing 787 sound packs included, a fully functional 3D VC (virtual cockpit), FSX/P3D native model with many advanced animations such as opening the pilots windows, working wipes and rain effects. Also included is a HUD (heads up display) on some of the models. A fully functional FMC (flight management computer) is includes (G1000). A complete GPWS (ground proximity warning system) is also included.
Also bundled with the package are documentation, manuals, checklists and READMEs.
The file is released as freeware which means it is free to download and use.

Compatible with all versions of FSX including the Steam Edition and compatible with all versions of Prepar3D including v4. Tested (and confirmed) in v4.5.
