This is a CamStudio 2.0 example test video of Microsoft MPEG-4 video codec V2 with the Quality setting at 1 (the lowest possible setting)
To compare and contrast video qualities (clarity and motion capture capabilities), four different example test videos were shot using CamStudio 2.0 (all available on my YouTube page). All videos were recorded using the same Microsoft MPEG-4 video codec V2, albeit while using a different video quality settings in each recording. All videos were also recorded using the same MP3 audio compression for each, which produced a 22050Hz Stereo recording at 56kb/s. Listed in no particular order:
