Castle of the Underdogs: Frankie (Episode 1 Final Boss)
0As the title says this is the last boss of episode 1 or the early access version of the game. (Kinda funny how we've gone back to episodic gaming)
Frankie-Stein is the strongest enemy in the game having access to electric, earth, physical, and bad status effects.
You don't have many options for earth other than a single earth splinter you could obtain so his high HP is gonna take a while to chunk through.
If you want to make this fight easier there is an optional party member you can recruit, Temperton, that can do about 1/9th of his health every attack.
Shortly after this the credits will begin rolling and episode 1 comes to an end.
They mention finding and recruiting other friends but I'll be honest the only one I could find is temperton. I imagine the fixer guy can join if you get him enough items but as for the other Unique NPCs
Nuca - She just hangs out at her dads forge and doesn't seem to have much unique dialogue after this. Maybe she'll join in a future episode IDK.
The Troll - She disappears after they mention finding other members, I looked all over to no luck
??? - He runs off after a comedic cutscene but not much else other than "just wait until next time"
Harriet - She has a surprisingly fun puzzle game for you to play and gives you a great item but also doesn't seem to join.
Enrico - It's a running gag he keeps getting sent flying. We'll see him again
Sunny - There seems to be a questline focused on following her and a lot of text detailing where she went after leaving the party but as far as I know she left to the woods that are "under construction"
If anyone knows of any other optional party members available in episode 1 please feel free to comment. Some of them may be tied to NG+ or maybe I'm just bad at video games.
