Cavalcadence plays Cadence 36: Lost shovel! ^^; (All Zones Mode)
For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So... this is actually something I've seen happen to another player before, but it's never happened to me... until now. Yep, I lost my shovel. ^^;
Oh, and for those of you who don't already know: because a shovel is nearly essential for efficient travel in Zone 4 (it's not possible to get to the exit without going through some walls), if you start a Zone 4 level without a shovel, the starting room will have some goblin sentries in it (so they can dig for you)!
So for the first time ever, I actually got to take advantage of this feature. =) Anyway, here's the video... hope you enjoy!
The mini-bosses and bosses I encountered during this run were:
Zone 1: Minotaur, Gray Direbat, Gray Minotaur, & Deep Blues 1.
Zone 2: Nightmare, Red Dragon, Gray Direbat, & Coral Riff 2.
Zone 3: Blue Dragon, Gray Minotaur, Blue Dragon, & Death Metal 3.
Zone 4: Blood Nightmare, The Mommy, Banshee, Dead Ringer, & The NecroDancer.

7:26 Oops, I need to keep the sentries alive, since I don't have a shovel. ^^; Well, at least I still have two of them left. ^^

8:16 Oops x3. ^^;;; Was thinking too much about how to drive the sentry from the corner, and completely forgot about the lunge attack. Ummm, well at least I still have a bunch of bombs. ^^;
8:25 Hmm, I could head straight left, but I kind of want to check out that treasure chest, in case it contains something useful... like a shovel! ^_^
8:40 Hmm, black chest, so... not a shovel. But I might as well see what it is... perhaps some armor?

9:58 Oh... the sentry is trying to dig the shop wall. I think that's why it isn't turning... Well that's unfortunate. =(
10:07 Guess we'll just have to use some bombs. ^^
10:12 Pixie heal! Which reminds me... I still have an apple, too! ^_^
10:17 Oh, another goblin sentry! That'll save me a bomb!
10:19 Mini-boss: Banshee
10:26 Zone 4, Boss: Dead Ringer
10:56 Zone 4, Final Boss: The NecroDancer. Nice, I still have enough bombs to bomb the stage! =)
11:47 Flawless Victory!
11:51 Sub-12 minute win! I guess that's not too bad, given that this is the first time I've ever lost my shovel. ^_^
