So, meanwhile... on my HM file, I'd been continuing to collect and spend resources, slowly working my way through House Contractor purchases and Resources Director titles...
And similarly, I'd also been slowly working my way through all of the win screen messages... until I'd gotten all but two. Perhaps predictably, the last two were the ones for 500 wins... and the 12-minute speedrun. =)
Since my only previous sub-12 (see Hades 18) was with Hestia Rail, I decided to wait for Darker Thirst to land on the Rail... which it actually did within a few runs. Unfortunately, though, that run didn't go so well (the build didn't come together quite as well as I'd wanted... and the run ended up taking a lot longer than 12 minutes)...
So I waited for the next time Darker Thirst landed on the Rail... which, coincidentally enough, happened on the run right after Zag had purchased the second-highest title from the Resources Director...!
So... that's basically how this run became a combination of Unseen One and a 12-minute speedrun attempt... And fortunately, the speedrun went a lot better this time... and Zag finally got the "Hermes Would Be Jealous" win message on my HM file. =)

Some quick notes on the basic strategy I used:
- Start with Aphrodite (for Heartbreak Strike), then switch to Persephone (for extra upgrades).
- Try to keep total number of Boons relatively low, to make it more likely that Pom Blossom (and other upgrades) will focus on Heartbreak Strike (and other supporting Boons).
- If Chaos is encountered, try for Attack upgrades.
