Welcome back for the second CDP chosen by you to debut sooner than scheduled, and this time we're featuring the brand-new Raidraptor support from PHNI in all of its glory. The Raidraptor archetype consists of DARK Winged Beast monsters that aim to Xyz Summon, then Xyz Summon on top of their Xyz Monsters, then do that a bit more, just for good measure. It all starts with Raidraptor - Force Strix, which can tutor any Level 4 DARK Winged Beast. Raidraptor - Wise Strix gets to Special Summon one from the Deck when Link Summoned, then Wise Strix also gets to tutor a Rank-Up-Magic Spell from your deck whenever a Raidraptor Xyz activates its effect. As you'll see in the replays, this deck actually can go from Raidraptor - Noir Lanius and any other Level 4 extender into a full endboard of Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon, The Phantom Knights of Rusty Bardiche, Dark Requiem Xyz Dragon, and a Raidraptor - Force Strix with a Rise-Rank-Up-Magic Raidraptor's Force set to Rank up your Force Strix into Raidraptor - Rising Rebellion Falcon and wipe your opponent's board. Oh, and did I mention that board would also be backed at minimum by Raidraptor - Barrage and Simorgh Sky Battle?
Yeah, this deck is downright scary now, and it's all due to the number of extenders that this theme really has. It has Noir Lanius tutoring Pain Lanius to start an Xyz chain, Raidraptor - Bloom Vulture summoning itself and any other Raidraptor monster from the hand, plus the recovery power of the Raidraptor support cards such as Raidraptor - Roost, Raidraptor - Nest, and Raider's Wing. Even its Rank-Up-Magic Spells allow you to extend, with Rank-Up-Magic Raid Force recovering another Rank-Up-Magic from your GY or Rank-Up-Magic Skip Force that Special Summons a fallen Raidraptor Xyz monster from your GY. This deck has a toolbox of options, and that's before you get to an Extra Deck that includes 3 separate boss monsters that are unaffected by other cards' effects: Ultimate Falcon, Rising Rebellion Falcon, and the final option, Raidraptor - Final Fortress Falcon.
