Welcome back to a new installment of "Gamer Addict Weekly"!
It's episode 3.3 of Chrono Trigger (クロノトリガー), and this week we are headed back to the past..

(4 of 4) Returning all the ingredients to Melchoir; Will he be able to repair the Masamune?

First to 600AD to the Denadoro Mountains to obtain the legendary sword, only to find out from it's protectors that it's been destroyed and needs to be repaired. Then to the little twerp carrying the Hero's Medal, only to find out he picked it up after Frog dropped it visiting the nearby town.

But Frog is very apathetic to the whole situation, even after Crono and friends deliver the medal back to him. While at his home, they find the hilt of the Masamune being stored away, almost as if he was holding onto it as a keepsake. After further inspection, they discover who the creator of this legendary wepon is and take it to him.

Melchoir sees his work broken before him and states that in order to repair the sword, it will need a type of material that is even harder to obtain than the sword itself. Unbeknownst to him, they can travel back to the prehistoric times for that exact mineral, and after some partying and then some headbutting with the competing race, they return with all the necessary ingredients to repair the sword.

Is this THE Melchior? Can the sword really defeat this army of mystics trying to take down the Kingdom of Gaurdia?
