It's episode 3.3 of Chrono Trigger (クロノトリガー), and this week we are headed back to the past..

(1 of 4) Masa & Mune; Guardians of the legendary sword at the summit of Denadoro Mountains

After passing the panicked Tata escaping Denadoro at the foot of the mountain, our heroes swiftly make their way up the mountain to find the summit being protected by what look like children.

However, once they engage with them to find out their intentions to claim the legendary sword as their own. Masa and Mune reveal their true identities to them and offer a challenge to see if they're worthy of the sword or not.
