CiB Let's Try - Killing Zone (PS1)
1Playstation 1 is truly the 'Wild West' of video game systems. In the early days of 3D, it seemed like every developer tried to throw their hat into the massively popular PS1 ring and produced some of the most random, odd games of all-time. Recently, we sat down with a stack of PS1 games we never heard of, and the results are... unsurprising.
Oh great! Another 3D fighting game. Out of all genres, I think 3D fighting games have aged the poorest, so it is no surprise that Killing Zone is terrible. With a cast of only 7 characters, janky controllers, uninspired gameplay, and a 1-player mode that is simply too hard, I wouldn't be surprised if this game got poorly reviewed upon release --- and there is definitely a reason I have never heard of it before.
