This game is like SCI or Chase H.Q. except...it's just a bunch of police having a street race. This is a fairly easy clear - the thing that takes the most practice is getting the hang of the sharp left and right turns you need to make every so often. For most of the sharp turns, you can start the turn a little early and downshift, then shift back to high gear once you start to straighten out. The two turns just after the stage 3 checkpoint are especially sharp ones where you may want to let off the gas. Braking doesn't seem to be necessary at any point. And hitting the horn doesn't seem to do anything but sound the horn, despite the instructions saying it'll make other cars yield.
