* I had high expectations for the 8F1 patch because 7F1 was so impressive, but it left me slightly disappointed. However, the homelessness issue has been partially resolved, making the gameplay feel smoother compared to 7F1. On the downside, the CPU is running even harder than before. Lag starts to become noticeable around a population of 250,000. While this might be due to hardware limitations, I believe it's more a matter of optimization still being needed.

* I think the developers didn’t fully consider the homelessness issue that arises when players undertake large-scale redevelopments. If people haven’t gone bankrupt, then destroying residential zones should make the homeless disappear immediately, just like in Cities 1.

* The biggest issue is that as the population grows, the accuracy of the RCI graph decreases. To check this, I left the game running with a population of 200,000 and monitored the demand changes. The conclusion is that there’s a problem with demand calculation within the city. Although this can be somewhat addressed over a long period of time, in the case of certain demands like commercial, it’s hard to tell if the indicator is reliable. I believe the game is providing incorrect demand due to a calculation error between the required population and incoming population, which is also causing the RCI graph to be inaccurate, hindering population growth.

* I noticed significant lag in the simulation when closing the road UI. I’m not sure if this is a newly introduced issue or a previously reported bug, but if closing a UI window causes such interference with the simulation, I wonder if this is the only area experiencing problems.

* When placing new buildings, terrain textures change in unrelated areas, and I believe it’s not just a simple texture issue.

Summary: I see a lot of potential for performance improvements. The homelessness issue still needs to be addressed, and the incorrect RCI indicators and abnormal statistics system, which are disrupting the flow of the game, must be fixed.
